Competence centre Project Managment focuses on consulting and strategic services covering the complete process from formulation of the customer’s vision, quality analysis of individual objectives to the final definition of the programe and its realization. Realization of all the minor projects interconnected with the major program included. Idividual activities are carried out by experts, who are able to ensure complex services in the area of strategic consulting, project managment and technological consulting.
